Welcome to UNFELLO.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UNFELLO website, community, accounts, profiles, activity feeds, groups, private messages, confession features, guest submission tools, and other services or features made available through UNFELLO.
By accessing or using UNFELLO, creating an account, submitting a confession, participating in the community, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use UNFELLO.
UNFELLO is currently intended only for persons aged 18 and over.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, submit content, use guest confession features, or participate in the current version of UNFELLO.
By using UNFELLO, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms.
If we reasonably believe that a user is under 18, UNFELLO may restrict or remove the account, content, or access to the service.
UNFELLO is a community platform designed for conversation, connection, stories, opinions, questions, and confessions.
Certain features may allow users or visitors to submit content for publication as Anonymous.
UNFELLO does not guarantee that every submitted confession, post, comment, or other piece of content will be published.
Content may be reviewed, rejected, categorized, restricted, hidden, edited for safety where appropriate, or removed in accordance with these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
Some UNFELLO features require a registered account.
When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and not intentionally misleading.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You must not:
If you believe your account has been compromised, you should change your password and contact UNFELLO where appropriate.
UNFELLO may allow members to use a nickname, display name, or pseudonym as their public identity.
You do not have to publicly display your full legal name unless a particular feature or legal requirement requires it.
However, pseudonyms must not be used to impersonate another person, organization, company, public figure, or UNFELLO representative.
UNFELLO may allow visitors to submit confessions without creating or signing into an account.
Approved guest confessions are intended to appear publicly as Anonymous.
“Anonymous” means that the public confession is not intended to display the guest submitter’s name or account identity.
It does not mean that UNFELLO processes no technical information. Limited technical identifiers may be processed for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, moderation, and enforcement of guest limits as described in the Privacy Policy.
Every guest confession is subject to moderation before publication.
Submission does not create a right to publication.
UNFELLO may impose limits on guest confession use.
The current launch configuration may include:
UNFELLO may use technical measures to enforce these limits and prevent circumvention.
Attempting to defeat guest limits through cookies, device changes, automation, repeated accounts, network manipulation, or other deliberate circumvention may result in further restrictions.
Registered members may be permitted to submit longer confessions than guests.
The current system may allow signed-in members to submit confessions of up to 5,000 words, subject to technical limits and moderation.
A confession submitted while signed in may still be published publicly as Anonymous where the confession feature is designed to do so.
Being signed in does not guarantee publication.
All member confessions remain subject to Community Guidelines and moderation.
UNFELLO may require users to select a category or topic before submitting a confession.
You agree to choose the category that best reflects the content.
Do not deliberately miscategorize content to manipulate discovery, evade moderation, or gain attention.
UNFELLO may change the category of submitted or published content where appropriate.
“User Content” includes content you submit, post, upload, transmit, publish, or otherwise provide through UNFELLO.
This may include:
You retain whatever ownership rights you legally hold in your User Content.
By submitting User Content to UNFELLO, you grant UNFELLO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, moderate, and make the content available as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
This license is limited to purposes connected with operation of UNFELLO and does not transfer ownership of your content to UNFELLO.
You are responsible for the content you submit.
You must have the rights necessary to submit that content.
Do not submit content that unlawfully violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, contractual rights, or other legal rights.
Do not knowingly submit false identifying information about another person for the purpose of harassment, retaliation, humiliation, or harm.
You should remove unnecessary identifying details when describing other people in confessions or personal stories.
Use of UNFELLO is also governed by the Community Guidelines.
The Community Guidelines form part of the rules of the platform.
They may address matters including:
Violation of the Community Guidelines may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination.
You must not use UNFELLO to:
UNFELLO is designed to avoid publicly attaching a guest identity to an approved anonymous confession.
However, no online service can guarantee absolute anonymity in every circumstance.
Technical information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Information may also be disclosed where legally required or where reasonably necessary to address serious security, safety, or legal matters.
Users should not include identifying details in confession text if they do not want those details to become public.
UNFELLO may moderate content before or after publication.
Moderation may involve human review, automated systems, technical controls, or a combination of these methods.
UNFELLO may:
We may consider context, severity, history, safety, legal risk, platform integrity, and other relevant factors.
UNFELLO is not required to publish every moderation decision or disclose internal abuse-detection methods.
Users may report content or accounts using available reporting features.
Reports should be submitted in good faith.
Do not weaponize reporting tools against users simply because you disagree with them.
UNFELLO may review relevant content, account history, technical information, messages connected to a report, or other information reasonably necessary to investigate a report.
UNFELLO may provide private messaging to eligible members.
Private messages are not intended to be publicly displayed.
However, platform rules still apply to private messages.
UNFELLO may access or review relevant message content where necessary to process reports, investigate abuse, protect users, maintain security, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
Do not assume that private messaging creates an absolute legal privilege or immunity from platform rules.
UNFELLO may allow members to create or participate in social groups.
Group creators and members must follow these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
A private or restricted group is not exempt from platform rules.
UNFELLO may restrict, remove, or disable groups primarily used for abuse, scams, exploitation, illegal activity, repeated privacy violations, or other serious misconduct.
UNFELLO, its branding, logos, design, software, interfaces, text created by UNFELLO, and other platform materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.
Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create misleading derivative versions of protected UNFELLO assets.
User Content remains subject to the ownership and license terms described above.
If you believe content on UNFELLO infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may contact UNFELLO with enough information to identify the relevant content and explain the claimed infringement.
UNFELLO may remove or restrict disputed content while reviewing a complaint.
Knowingly submitting false or abusive infringement claims may itself violate these Terms.
Use of UNFELLO is subject to the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, processed, stored, shared, retained, and protected.
By using UNFELLO, you acknowledge that technical information may be processed as necessary to operate and secure the platform, including anti-abuse controls for guest confessions.
UNFELLO may send service-related communications such as:
Promotional or marketing communications, if introduced, will be handled according to applicable law and available preference controls.
UNFELLO may rely on third-party providers for functions such as:
Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
UNFELLO is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services that users choose to visit.
UNFELLO may display advertising in the future.
Advertising features may be introduced as the service grows.
Where required by law, appropriate cookie, consent, or privacy controls will be introduced before or alongside non-essential advertising or tracking technologies.
UNFELLO does not guarantee that the platform will remain advertising-free.
UNFELLO may introduce optional paid features, subscriptions, premium memberships, or other paid services in the future.
If paid features are introduced, additional payment terms, pricing information, renewal rules, refund conditions, or subscription terms may apply.
Core terms applicable to free community usage may continue to apply alongside those additional terms.
UNFELLO may change, suspend, discontinue, update, redesign, restrict, or remove any feature of the service.
We do not guarantee that:
Maintenance, security incidents, hosting issues, technical failures, upgrades, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.
Content on UNFELLO is primarily user-generated community content.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, UNFELLO does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, investment, or other professional advice.
Users should not rely on anonymous confessions, community posts, or comments as a substitute for qualified professional advice where professional assistance is appropriate.
UNFELLO does not automatically verify whether every confession, statement, story, accusation, opinion, or claim posted by users is true.
Content represents the views or statements of its submitters.
Publication does not mean that UNFELLO endorses, confirms, or adopts the content as fact.
UNFELLO may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for reasons including:
Where appropriate, restrictions may apply to accounts, devices, guest access, content, messaging, groups, or other features.
Where available, members may request or initiate deletion of their account.
Account deletion does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every associated record.
Information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
Public content may also be treated according to applicable platform settings, moderation requirements, and law.
Because guest confessions may be submitted without an account, UNFELLO may not always be able to verify that a person requesting removal is the original submitter.
Where suitable verification is available, UNFELLO may consider eligible removal or privacy requests.
UNFELLO may remove content independently for legal, privacy, safety, or moderation reasons.
Users must not attempt to:
Responsible security concerns may be reported through appropriate contact channels.
UNFELLO is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
UNFELLO does not guarantee that the platform will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, secure against every possible threat, or suitable for every individual purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNFELLO and its operators, service providers, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
This may include loss arising from:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of UNFELLO, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
UNFELLO may preserve or disclose information where required by applicable law, valid legal process, court order, regulatory requirement, or a properly authorized governmental request.
UNFELLO may also preserve information where reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, investigate abuse, address security incidents, or protect users.
UNFELLO may be accessible internationally.
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you when using the service.
Certain features, rights, or restrictions may vary depending on location.
Mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply in a user’s jurisdiction are not intended to be waived by these Terms.
These Terms will be interpreted under the laws legally applicable to the operator of UNFELLO and the relevant use of the service, subject to mandatory consumer and privacy protections that may apply in a user’s jurisdiction.
Where a specific court or jurisdiction is legally required, applicable law will determine the appropriate forum.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a user from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
The invalid provision may be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.
If UNFELLO does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean UNFELLO permanently waives the right to enforce it later.
UNFELLO may update these Terms as the service grows, features change, legal requirements evolve, or platform policies are updated.
The Last Updated date will be revised when material changes are made.
Where appropriate or required by law, additional notice may be provided.
Continued use of UNFELLO after revised Terms take effect may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms should be read together with the:
If a platform-specific rule applies to a particular feature, that rule may also form part of the terms governing use of that feature.

UNFELLOEmail: privacy@unfello.com
For privacy-specific requests, please clearly identify the request as a privacy matter.
UNFELLO respects your privacy and is designed around conversation, community, and responsible anonymous expression. This Privacy Policy explains what information UNFELLO may collect, how that information may be used, when it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and the choices and rights that may be available to you.
By using UNFELLO, creating an account, submitting a confession, participating in the community, or otherwise interacting with the service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
UNFELLO is currently intended for users aged 18 and over.
When you create or use an account, you may provide information such as your email address, password credentials, nickname or display name, optional first and last name, profile information, account preferences, posts, comments, reactions, group activity, reports, messages, and other content you choose to provide.
UNFELLO is designed so that a nickname may be used as the primary public identity. Optional profile information may be subject to privacy settings available through your account.
You should not publish sensitive personal information that you do not want other users or visitors to see.
When you register for an account, UNFELLO may process information necessary to create, authenticate, secure, and operate your account.
This may include your email address, password-related authentication data, nickname, optional profile information, registration time, account status, security information, and technical information associated with your use of the service.
Passwords are handled through the website’s authentication system and are not intended to be displayed in readable form.
UNFELLO may send operational messages relating to registration, password resets, account security, moderation, notifications, or other service-related matters.
Content that you intentionally publish to public or community areas of UNFELLO may be visible to other users and, depending on the feature and privacy setting, may also be visible to visitors who are not signed in.
This may include posts, confessions that have been approved for publication, comments, reactions, profile information, group activity, and other community interactions.
Before posting, consider carefully whether the information could identify you or another person.
UNFELLO may moderate, restrict, hide, remove, or retain records relating to content where reasonably necessary to enforce Community Guidelines, investigate abuse, protect users, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.
UNFELLO may provide private messaging between eligible members.
Private messages are not intended to be publicly displayed. However, information associated with private messages may be processed in order to transmit messages, maintain functionality, prevent abuse, provide notifications, investigate reports, enforce platform rules, protect users, maintain security, or comply with applicable law.
Where a message or conversation is reported, relevant content may be reviewed for moderation and safety purposes.
Users should not use private messages to send unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
UNFELLO may allow visitors to submit confessions without creating or signing into a member account.
A confession submitted through guest mode is intended to be displayed publicly as Anonymous if it is approved by moderation.
The word “anonymous” in this context means that UNFELLO does not publicly display the guest submitter’s name or account identity with the approved confession. It does not mean that no technical information is processed during submission.
Every guest confession is subject to moderation before it can appear publicly.
UNFELLO may restrict the length, frequency, content, and number of guest submissions. At the current launch configuration, guest mode may allow up to 1,000 words per confession and up to 3 guest submissions before account creation is required.
Longer confessions or additional submissions may require the user to create a free member account.
To prevent spam, abuse, repeated circumvention, automated submissions, and misuse of guest confession features, UNFELLO may process limited technical identifiers.
These may include a first-party browser identifier, a locally stored pseudonymous client identifier, browser or device information, user-agent information, language information, network information, timestamps, and an IP address.
An IP address may be processed temporarily in order to create a salted one-way technical identifier used for abuse prevention and guest-limit enforcement.
The current UNFELLO guest-limit system is designed so that the raw IP address is not stored in the guest-limit tracking table. Instead, pseudonymous one-way identifiers and submission counters may be stored.
UNFELLO may combine more than one technical signal when enforcing guest limits because relying only on a browser cookie or only on an IP address could make abuse controls ineffective.
These technical controls are used for service operation, security, moderation, fraud prevention, and enforcement of guest-submission limits.
When using the confession feature, UNFELLO may store a draft locally in your browser or device.
For example, if a guest confession exceeds the guest word limit and the user chooses to create an account, the draft may remain stored locally so it can be restored when the user returns to the confession page.
Locally stored draft content generally remains on that browser or device unless it is cleared by the submission workflow, the user, browser settings, storage cleanup, or another device-level action.
Draft storage is intended to improve usability and does not mean that the draft has been publicly submitted.
When you access or use UNFELLO, technical information may be processed automatically.
This may include your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, access time, requested pages, referring information, cookies or similar identifiers, session information, security logs, login attempts, error information, and activity necessary to operate the website.
This information may be used to provide the service, maintain sessions, protect accounts, detect abuse, troubleshoot technical problems, improve reliability, enforce limits, and maintain security.
UNFELLO may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for essential website functions.
These may be used for login sessions, authentication, account security, site preferences, community functionality, anonymous-confession abuse prevention, guest-submission limits, pseudonymous visitor recognition, and draft preservation.
At the current launch stage, these technologies are primarily intended for service functionality, security, and essential operation rather than behavioral advertising.
If non-essential analytics, advertising, or other tracking technologies are introduced in the future, UNFELLO may update this Privacy Policy and provide consent or preference controls where required.
At the time of this Privacy Policy, UNFELLO may not have all planned analytics or advertising technologies enabled.
UNFELLO may introduce analytics, advertising, measurement, or monetization services in the future.
If services such as Google Analytics, Google advertising products, or similar technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy and any required cookie or consent mechanisms should be updated before or alongside their use.
UNFELLO does not currently sell personal information for money.
UNFELLO does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as part of the present launch configuration.
UNFELLO may use information to operate and maintain accounts, provide community features, process and moderate confessions, provide messaging and notifications, authenticate users, protect accounts, prevent spam and fraud, enforce guest limits, investigate reports, enforce Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, respond to support or privacy requests, maintain backups and security logs, diagnose technical problems, improve reliability and usability, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
Where applicable, processing may rely on performance of the service requested by the user, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the platform, user consent, compliance with legal obligations, or other lawful grounds available under applicable law.
UNFELLO may process content and related information when content or users are reported.
This may include posts, confessions, comments, account information, groups, messages associated with a report, moderation history, technical information, and other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
UNFELLO may take actions including warning users, restricting features, hiding content, removing content, suspending accounts, terminating accounts, or retaining relevant records where appropriate.
Automated thresholds or technical systems may also be used to identify spam, suspicious behavior, abuse, or security risks.
UNFELLO may share information where reasonably necessary with hosting providers, infrastructure providers, email or notification service providers, security providers, technical service providers, professional advisers, contractors acting on behalf of UNFELLO, or other service providers that support operation of the website.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, legal process, court order, regulatory requirement, or a valid request from an authorized public authority.
UNFELLO may disclose information where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, property, security, or integrity of UNFELLO, its users, or others.
Publicly posted content may naturally be viewed, copied, quoted, shared, indexed, or otherwise distributed by other users or third parties.
UNFELLO does not sell private-message content or anonymous-confession submission data as a marketing list.
UNFELLO may send service-related communications that are necessary for account operation, security, moderation, password recovery, notifications, or other requested features.
If UNFELLO introduces promotional or marketing emails, they should be sent in accordance with applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
Creating an account, submitting a confession, or using UNFELLO does not by itself authorize unrelated third-party marketing.
User information should not be silently reused for unrelated projects or businesses without an appropriate lawful basis or consent.
UNFELLO retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods may depend on the type of information, account status, moderation requirements, security needs, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, backup systems, technical requirements, legal obligations, and legitimate record-keeping needs.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups, system logs, security records, or fraud-prevention systems after deletion from active systems.
Moderation records may be retained where reasonably necessary to prevent repeated abuse, enforce platform rules, handle appeals or disputes, or protect the service and its users.
Where account-deletion functionality is available, members may request or initiate deletion of their account.
Deleting an account does not necessarily result in immediate deletion of every piece of information associated with that account.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, moderation enforcement, or legitimate record-keeping.
Public content may also be handled according to platform settings, moderation requirements, technical limitations, and applicable law.
Information copied or shared by other users outside UNFELLO cannot necessarily be removed by UNFELLO.
Because a guest confession may be submitted without a member account, UNFELLO may not always be able to verify that a person requesting deletion is the original guest submitter.
Where UNFELLO introduces a guest-management token or another verification mechanism, that mechanism may be used to process eligible requests.
UNFELLO may remove anonymous confessions for moderation, legal, privacy, or safety reasons even without a request from the original submitter.
UNFELLO uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
These measures may include access controls, security monitoring, firewall protections, password controls, technical abuse prevention, software updates, backups, and other safeguards.
However, no website, network, storage system, or online service can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and should use strong, unique passwords.
UNFELLO may be accessible to users in multiple countries.
Information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live, depending on hosting, infrastructure, service providers, or operational requirements.
Where required by applicable law, UNFELLO will seek to use appropriate protections for international processing or transfers of personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information.
These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions, identity verification, security requirements, and legitimate retention obligations.
UNFELLO may request information reasonably necessary to verify the identity of a person making a privacy request before acting on that request.
You may contact UNFELLO using the privacy contact listed below.
Where applicable privacy laws provide additional rights, UNFELLO will process eligible requests in accordance with those laws.
Depending on the circumstances, UNFELLO may rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent, legal obligations, or another lawful basis for processing.
Users may also have the right to lodge a complaint with an applicable data-protection authority.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Certain U.S. state privacy laws may provide eligible residents with additional rights concerning personal information.
Depending on the law and whether it applies to UNFELLO, these may include rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of information, or opt out of certain uses of personal information.
UNFELLO does not currently sell personal information for money and does not currently operate cross-context behavioral advertising as part of the present launch configuration.
If UNFELLO’s practices materially change, this Privacy Policy and any required controls will be updated accordingly.
UNFELLO is currently intended only for persons aged 18 or older.
UNFELLO does not knowingly intend to provide interactive community services to children under 18.
If UNFELLO becomes aware that an underage person has created an account or submitted content contrary to platform rules, appropriate action may be taken, including restriction or removal of the account or content.
UNFELLO may contain links to external websites, applications, or services.
UNFELLO is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
When you leave UNFELLO or interact with another service, that service’s terms and privacy policies may apply.
If UNFELLO undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale, transfer of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by law.
Any successor handling personal information would be expected to process it consistently with applicable legal requirements.
UNFELLO may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, technology, legal requirements, moderation systems, monetization practices, or features change.
When material changes are made, the Last Updated date will be revised.
Where appropriate or legally required, UNFELLO may provide additional notice or request consent.
Users should periodically review this Privacy Policy for updates.
